Dxdiag command is often very useful to check the configuration of a computer. steps are as follows
1. press windows key + R to open Run dialogue
2. Type in the command " dxdiag"
3. When you run the command for the first time it may ask something like this >>
click yes. or No its doesnt matter.
4. Now you will see the info you need first page will show "system" information.
and on the second page you can find information about Display and graphics
Done! Now you know most of the info you need about that computer. You can check RAM size and other basic info just by going to properties of "My computer".
